Revocube's LMS served video course content to multiple organizations on one platform, each needing isolated, customizable environments.

Course video had to stream reliably at low latency while preventing unauthorized downloads or content leakage across tenants — two goals that usually pull against each other, since the cheapest way to make video fast is to make it freely fetchable.

  • Isolated tenant environments over shared, flagged records

Built the LMS backend around per-organization isolation, so each tenant gets a customizable environment of its own rather than a filtered view of everyone else's data.

  • CloudFront signed URLs / cookies over public object storage

Playback access is restricted per session with signed URLs and cookies, so a video URL isn't a permanent download link — it's a short-lived grant tied to the session that earned it.

  • Edge caching over origin-served video

CloudFront's edge network keeps playback fast regardless of where the learner is, which is what makes the access restrictions affordable in the first place.

  • Reliable, low-latency video playback across regions.
  • Unauthorized downloads prevented via per-session signed access.
  • Multiple isolated organizations supported on shared infrastructure.
